My ABA School Operated by Miami Dade Kid Therapy Corp

1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any course offered by My ABA School, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. My ABA School is operated by Miami Dade Kid Therapy Corp, a Florida Corporation.
2. Educational Purpose
The 40-Hour RBT Training program is designed to meet the training eligibility requirement established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). My ABA School is independent of the BACB.
Completion of this course does not guarantee:
- RBT certification
- Passing of the RBT competency assessment
- Passing of the RBT examination
- Employment
- Credential approval
Participants are solely responsible for meeting all additional requirements established by the BACB.
3. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
Enrollment does not constitute certification. Additional steps, including competency assessment and examination, are required by the BACB.
4. Payments & Refund Policy
All payments are processed by Miami Dade Kid Therapy Corp.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this program:
- Once course access is granted, all sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued after course materials have been accessed.
- Chargebacks will be contested with proof of access logs.
In cases of technical error or duplicate payment, refunds may be issued at our discretion.
5. Course Access & Use
Enrollment grants a limited, non-transferable license to access course materials.
Participants may not:
- Share login credentials
- Reproduce course content
- Distribute materials
- Sell or redistribute training content
Violation may result in termination of access without refund.
6. Certificates
Certificates are issued only after:
- Completion of all required training hours
- Verification of participation
- Full payment confirmation
Certificates may be revoked if fraud, misrepresentation, or policy violations are identified.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Miami Dade Kid Therapy Corp and My ABA School shall not be liable for:
- Failure to obtain certification
- Failure to pass examinations
- Employment outcomes
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Lost income or opportunity
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the course.
8. No Professional Advice
This course provides educational content only.
It does not constitute legal, medical, psychological, or employment advice.
9. Record Retention
Training completion records are maintained internally for verification purposes.
Participants are responsible for maintaining their own copies of certificates.
10. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, manuals, and branding are the intellectual property of Miami Dade Kid Therapy Corp.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
11. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from use of this platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida.
Participants agree to:
- Waive class action participation
- Resolve disputes individually
- Submit to Florida jurisdiction
Arbitration shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
